  We’ve ordered from this location twice now and both times the crust on the pizza has been undercooked. Don’t think we will be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Gave service 5 stars because the delivery drivers were great both times, just bad food unfortunately.

  Personally wouldn’t recommend. Stay away from this place ! They have horrible customer service - like really bad . They answered the call and hung up immediately. One lady I had told me to be on hold, and it was on hold for exactly 25 minutes. This is absurd of how they act. I had to go in and order my food, and it took so long. Pizza wasn’t even all of that. And, when I went in it was still horrible customer service. Bad attitude. Bad service. Bad pizza. Don’t go.

  I don't know how this location is still in business, considering the extremely poor service. Placed an online order for delivery, got a confirmation our order was out for delivery. After 30 minutes, I called to find out supposedly my order was "sitting there" at their counter and proceeded to ask how I wanted to get my order, who we placed our order with. They asked if I wanted doordash to deliver and if i would pay for doordash. At this point, i said i would pay whoever delivers it even though i paid for delivery already. Almost an hour after this conversation, the delivery still never arrived. My husband finally went to the place, was told our delivery was picked up and delivered already. After much arguing and 2 hours afters we finally got our order. PH needs to shut down this location.
