  This is the worst Pizza Hut location I’ve been to. I ordered delivery last week, 2 hours after ordering delivery and being on hold with the location for 40 minutes of that 2 hours the order was cancelled not by me. I was not refunded but waited until the charge was no longer pending before calling the location again. I have now called 3 days in a town only to either be on hold for 20+ minutes with no answer or to be told to call back later to talk to the manager. I’ve called back later multiple times and can not find anyone to help me, i also put in a request online 4 days ago to get the refund. I just want a refund for a pizza that was not delivered and they will not even attempt to help. If ordering I would definitely not choose delivery and don’t expect to get a phone call answered no matter how many times you try

  MONI IS THE BEST OF ITS KIND HE WAS C ERY NICE AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE FOOD ON THE MENU. I ENJOYED MY TIME WITH MONI AND I WILL COME TO THIS LOCATION MORE OFTEN. THANK YOU.

  Although i had to wait for my food, i appreciated the freshness of it the order. It did come out wrong the 1st time but the manager Ms.K was very professional and helped me out very quickly with no issue. One of the best pizza hut I've been to in a long time. Also the music was jamming

  Ms Kay is amazing when I tell you I walk through the door and she he providing amazing customer service. Never any food order issues and she is always organized and clean the only Pizza Hut I go to in Milwaukee!!!

  DoorDash will steal your order. If you call to let them know that you never received your order, you're told to contact DoorDash or they "apply a credit to your phone number" and you have to place the order again. No way to get a refund while someone steals your order. The employee will also seem incredibly frustrated with you for doing business in the first place, tell you they were drinking the night before and have a headache (a detail I didn't need), talk over you the entire time when you let them know the solution seems odd. Avoid at all costs.
