  Don’t ever go here. Worst customer service ever. There’s a chick with red hair her energy is wicked and pathetic. Food was awful. I heard a DoorDash driver arguing to one of the workers there saying that they still food. This is the worst restaurant in MILWAUKEE.

  I visited Papa Johns and had a good experience overall. The restaurant was clean, organized, and the staff were fast and professional. I ordered a fresh pepperoni pizza with garlic sauce and spicy garlic dipping sauce. The pizza was served hot, fresh, and well prepared with plenty of cheese and a crispy crust. The spicy garlic sauce added excellent flavor and complemented the pizza very well. Service was quick, and the pickup process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit enjoyable. What I liked: ✅ Fresh and delicious pizza ✅ Friendly and professional staff ✅ Fast service ✅ Clean restaurant and counter area ✅ Good value for the price ✅ Fresh dipping sauces ✅ Easy and convenient pickup experience Overall, a great place for a quick meal or takeout.   Got there thirty minutes before close to pick up my TO GO order that said ready, I placed almost an hour before they closed when I left my job and they said ‘we have no pizza we can’t help you’ when I got there. Meaning they gave my order away without checking confirmation or they simply didn’t make it and didn’t cancel it on their end. Unable to get my money back and bad service with no solution given, I was just dismissed, job poorly done. There was a grown man and a child/small looking teenager working.

  worst customer service i have ever had. ordered food wrong order was made when i called i waited on hold for 25 min just to be told they dont have anymore dough finally got them to give me a credit . tried calling the next day like i was told and was on hold for 35min before being hung up on.

  If I could give no stars I would, none of the workers care about their job let alone your food! I see acrylic nails that shouldn’t be allowed in food service, I see nobody washing their hands before they make the pizzas not even gloves! They’re very unprofessional. They don’t greet customers, they all look mad they have to work there.
