- ACAustin CableMay 13, 20262.0Don’t order here during the evenings. Food is prepped with little care. The estimated wait times don’t match reality. Even when you order online and the app says your food is ready you will need to wait 15 minutes.

This is the third time I've ordered the same breakfast sandwich for my wife and they missed the mark with making it to order. Two times I have gone back to respectfully inform then the simple mistake and they corrected it, but honestly a third time. My wife and I love Panera but honestly I don't think I'll be returning to this location any time soon. I hope and pray that things will turn around for them and get better.

They were not busy at all, so I don’t know why the staff didn’t take the initiative to tidy up while it was slow going. I’d expect Panera Bread to have higher standards than this considering you’re paying $15 for a sandwich
