  I mean it’s a Panera, the food is on par with any Panera, it’s not bad. However be sure to check your order - they consistently have messed mine up.

  Panera on East ogden in Milwaukee is easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. The place looked neglected, the tables were filthy, and the employees acted like helping customers was a personal inconvenience. The food was an overpriced disaster — soggy bread, lukewarm soup, and portions so small it felt insulting. My order was wrong, nobody seemed to care, and the attitude from staff was unbelievably dismissive. What really blows my mind is how a place charging premium prices can deliver fast-food quality with worse service. The whole restaurant feels disorganized, understaffed, and completely unmanaged. If you enjoy paying way too much money for mediocre food, long waits, and a side of frustration, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and go literally anywhere else in Milwaukee.

  I ordered a pick 2 which I ordered which I ordered chicken noodle soup and turkey bacon bravo and there was no noodles in my soup and it was half filled up charged me $5 for a cup of juice. Unacceptable

  The Wake-Up BLT Asiago Everything Breakfast Bagel is the best breakfast bagel sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. No exaggeration 😩♥️ Staff was kind and courteous as always.

  If I could leave 0 stats I would. All I ordered were two sandwich halves on the you pick two. I got the Caprese and somehow half the ingredients were missing. I had no arugula or balsamic just pesto, tomato, and cheese. I also waited at least twenty minutes in the empty store. My friend got the same sandwich and hers was normal. I was too hungry and lazy to go back into the store I’m big like that so I ate it. I’m even more hangry after that soggy untoasted and small piece of bread, thankfully YoFactory is around the corner or you would’ve seen my bad side. Idk how you mess up that bad though embarrassing maybe consider a new career because it is too difficult for you guys to remember more than three ingredients. Counting is hard though before the mental age of five. Thanks!
