  Shannon is the absolute worst server! From the moment we walked in, she rolled her eyes as though we inconvenienced her coming in. Then she provided us with our drinks and failed to come back for the next 20 minutes to give us our appetizer. 40 minutes later, we finally received our Very Cold cheeseburgers! Cheeseburgers that took 40 minutes to prepare and deliver to our table! Never came back to check on us or ask for refills. Could it be because we’re a younger couple or mixed race couple? I don’t know. I called and spoke with Tammy, manager, to provide her with the terrible attitude and lack of service from her overwhelmed server, Shannon! Please Tammy, give her a much day off or more training or both!

  First thing I noticed was the body language I received from the lady bringing my family to a table. She gave a noticeable sigh as she gathered menus. Our table was a little secluded compared to the rest of the tables. I thought our server was friendly, but she checked in on other parties several times before coming over to our table. She never looked over towards our table the last 10-15 minutes before handing us our check. I’m Asian American and had family visiting from overseas speaking a different language. I can’t help but think that we were discriminated against. This is something I personally haven’t experienced firsthand, and it’s very discouraging to see.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Miller Time Pub & Grill. I ordered the salmon, and unfortunately it was so overcooked and rubbery that I had to send it back. I decided to try the chili instead and specifically asked for it extra hot. When it arrived, it wasn't even hot, and the flavor wasn't good either. At that point I just ate some of it because I didn't want to send back a second dish. The service was okay and the atmosphere is nice enough, especially if you're coming in for a cocktail or to hang out, but the food was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not come back here for a meal. If you're looking for good food, I would recommend going somewhere else.

  Horrible service. 20 min for a server to even say hello. Asked for water never came. Ordered cheese curds and a salad. Cheese curds came but salad never did. Never had a napkin or silverware. Everything was gross and sticky. Even the chairs were uncomfortable. I’d rather cook at home. Just awful.

  I didn't take pics (which I regret), but my husband and I ate here last weekend after a long day of traveling. It was hot and we were exhausted, so we chose somewhere close to our hotel. I am so glad we did! I started with the cheese curds and ended up sharing half with my husband. The portion was huge. I consider myself a cheese curd conniseur, and these were some of the best I've ever had! The coating was delicious and they were fried to perfection. The ranch was also delicious. Next came my nachos. I often order nachos at restaurants and they are very hit or miss. These were a massive hit!! The price was so great for the portion size!! And the toppings...perfect. I ended up taking over half back to the hotel and snacked on them that night and had a second dinner with them the next day. Absolutely worth the money for an entree! My husband had the fish and chips and he said the fish was delicious. He also loved the tarter. He isnt a coleslaw fan, so I took his. That was the only miss of the whole meal. I love coleslaw, but it had a weird taste- not like any coleslaw I'd ever had. After 2 bites I gave up and we threw out the rest. Not a huge deal though, just not my taste. The service was excellent. Our waitress was great and we never had to wait for anything even though it was pretty busy. Overall, we would definitely recommend a meal here, especially if you are staying at the Hilton or Doubletree across the street. The inside was nice, not too loud. Every thing was just exactly what we needed. I would definitely eat here again...and yes, I am still thinking about those cheese curds.
