- MHM HJul 20, 20265.0Honestly our bartender Stephanie made our night!! Great, attentive service and knowledgeable about her bar offerings. We stayed much longer thanks to her. Food is good, bourbon selection is great, can’t miss this place if Stephanie is there.
- HGHumphrey GoodmanJul 12, 20261.0Lou should not be working here. He tried to fight friends because they were 20 minutes late to pick up food. Shouldn’t be working at a bar if he can’t handle himself. Will be talking to managers as soon as possible about this.

I could accept food on the colder side to take out as I expected, but the bartender Lou was extremely confrontational and berated me as I left the venue even after accepting the fact that the food thown out without any notification. The night shift gentlemen at Hilton (Sergio and Lanski) were extremely helpful and offered to help in the face of the situation. Much thanks to Sergio and Lanski, but the behavior of Lou was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable in my opinion at a venue connected to Hilton serving Hilton Diamond members. I would avoid this place, and definitely avoid any night where Lou is the manager.

They don’t answer the phone, a bartender trying to fight customers because they are late to pick up food? Is that how restaurants work?

Said “you are not tough leave”, we were literally leaving and he was yelling at us because we were too late to pick up a pickup order. Unprofessional and no reason for it. This isn’t how service industries work. He shouldn’t be working as a bartender if he cannot keep his cooll
