- NWnw w2 days ago1.0Tried to order food at the drive-through this afternoon. Even though I arrived first, the staff at the window skipped me and served the customer in the other lane instead. When I asked why, she acted dismissive and said she wasn’t the one taking the drive-through orders. Very disappointing customer service experience. What kind of liar did McDonald hire here? Don’t come here, rude staffs
- FFFelixMay 9, 20261.0I went to this Mc Donald’s today and 30 mins afterwards I’m in the ER with stomach pains! The quarter pounder or small fries were spoiled or something. I never finished my meal cause it didn’t taste right, afterwards I rushed to the emergency room!

Get to the drive thru, I asked the lady to please give me a minute a literal minute, and I got a nasty response back, "okay well then it might take me a while to get back to you I'm busy" and before I could say anything you could hear her mix switch off. Never again. I get it - places are having a hard time hiring staff so some people have to pick up the slack. This Mcdonald's has been spotty at best for years. This just made me realize why I take the extra 5-6 minutes going to the 27th & Coldspring or Howell and Layton location

No breakfast for myself before work. To add insult to injury I have to wait up to a week to get refunded. Do better McDonalds.

The woman at the delivery windows was helpful and asked me to pull right into the waiting area, because there were equipment difficulties. The person who brought out my food was quick and polite, as well.
