  Saw my order on back rack and I asked for it and they without looking told me it was still being prepared even though it was right there ready to go. Poor customer service.

  I ordered a happy meal spicychicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich. My spicy had no spicy sauce. No big deal I called was polite. Told them it's fine just mail me a coupon it's been almost 3 weeks nothing. Bad customer service

  The service here and attention is very poor. I ordered a Apple Pie should be simple, totaled 2.05. I paid with 8 quarters and a nickel, the young person took my money. Took a while to count it, in the meantime the bag with apple pie fell to the floor. He picked it up to give it to me, I informed him I did not want what fell on the floor. Mind you he took a while to pick it up so I dont know it it fell out of the bag. Took more time I waited until he was done conversating. I did drive off due to the wait, called back asked for a manager who was no help. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the drive through, and it was 11:52 pm.

  I grabbed a quick lunch today from this location and was offered the opportunity to try their new Derpy McFlurry, an it was amazing. It’s not something that I would have tried on my own, but now that I have, I will certainly be getting this again. It’s mostly berries and their soft serve, and it was delicious!
