Ordered Delivery and it took over an hour to get one sandwhich meal through the app. With tip that I included it was almost $25 as well. Waste of time and money.

I've had numerous issues with this location in the past and will no longer order from them after today's order. What's the point of having an "extra" option for freebies, when the sandwich you received look nothing like your selection. Also, I was again, never contacted that my order arrived, valuable lunch time wasted, until I went to check our order drop off area. I called and asked the location if their delivery notification changed. I was told; the person was trained to just delivery it safely and quickly. Said if I wanted to track my delivery, I would need to check the App. What if we don't have the App, how do we get notified? The person said, sorry, that's how she was trained. What's also the point of giving Tips? Jimmy John's, what is your drop off procedure? Do you contact the customer or let them wait and figure it out that it's already been delivered? Do you honor the "Extra" options feature for freebies or is that just a marketing scam?

Not to be that person, as I am in the service industry, but I dread coming to this location. On one of my previous visits, they messed up my order and gave me a wrong side. This time, I placed a mobile pick up order for 3:45-4. I get there at 3:50ish and I sit at the intercom for about 5-10 minutes. The car behind me in line left because of how long I was at the intercom. I had to drive up to the window and say to the workers that no one was at the intercom and I had a mobile order. If they were busy, sure I can understand, but they were ALL standing around talking (the employees). The person who gave me my food had his headset on the drive through window shelf, unattended. Again, not to be that person, but also being in the service industry, giving me my mobile order I ordered two hours in advance should be the bare minimum. I am highly disappointed in my experiences and my time is valuable to where I shouldn't wait around for someone else to do their job. This is my second complaint without any correspondence but it’s the only jimmy johns near me so I have to continue coming for convenience.

I stop by here often for lunch & my sandwiches are always made fast! It can be a wait for toasted ones sometime but what can u do with only 1 toaster. Lively crew!
