  They only put a single very small slice of turkey on my sub, ignored my instructions for no mayo and completely covered it, there was almost more mayo than there was meat. Ruined the sub.

  forgot to toast my food, and when i asked them they said they couldn't because it was already wrapped and gave to me. Service was decent nothing special. Also who doesn't have pepperoni? crazy to me

  I loveeee Jimmy John’s but I really hate when I order a chicken caesar wrap ON BREAD. and I receive it in a wrap. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

  I told them that I’m i don’t want pork and I make sure that they don’t put pork and they DID! They are so BAD. ((Im allergic to pork products)) and when my friend called the manager they literally put it as my fault because I didn’t told them I’m allergic so they can take it seriously!! I used to go there every day but after this I’d never go there again the service is terrible!!
