  Ive been ordering jimmy johns recently and this location is very forgetful with online orders. Im used to it being smaller things like they didnt cut it in half, or they left off one of the freebie add ons (onions, pickles) or didnt do extra of something (cucumbers, pickles) but i feel like for my earned freebie sub yesterday they sincerely were trying to let me know (ive never complained before now btw) that they dont wanna make my sandwiches anymore... I get the Veg, ordered extra cucumber extra pickle add onion extra avo (costs moreo btw)... and they did no extra pickle, no extra cucumber, no extra avo (paid for) and EXTRA MAYO... If i cant trust them to do things right why would i trust them to fix it? That also again just felt malicious cause how do you mess up that bad...

  These monsters did not put any mayonnaise on my sandwich. The most important part of the sandwich and they didnt put it on. I dont know if they forgot or the sandwich jockey was just driven by a deep personal hatred for me personally, but i hate them too.

  I went there and Brandon took my order and made my food and customer service was excellent and the environment was really clean

  Delivered to wrong address (in the rain) then wouldn’t answer any calls Don’t count on delivery from these clowns. Totally inept service from the actual location. Not just a DoorDash problem. Whoever Nicole is will not help you.

  Usually I'm happy with my sandwich but today 3-6-2026 Not good 👎🏿WOW. That sandwich was not worth 12.00 I even spoke with the so call manager.
