  Customer service here is non existent, got the phone hanged up on. When ordering online they tend to get the orders wrong often.

  Placed an online delivery order and they called 30 minutes before closing saying they didn't have a driver. I asked what their address was and was met with "huh" (very professional). Arrived and asked if I would be getting a refund for the delivery fee and tip which was half of my orders price. I was snarkly told "no you didn't cancel the order" I was offered 5$ credit which again was only half of the tip + delivery fee. Never got the credit just a nasty attitude from the employee. Still nothing has been given in regards to a refund or credit of any kind.

  I’ve never had issues with this location. But today I went in for a Pickup Order and I ordered Extra Mayonnaise on one of my subs and the employees took “Extra” as little to none which made the sandwich extremely dry. We had also ordered the Potato Salad and it’s great, but they had failed to include forks so we had to run to the store and get some before we went to where we were going. causing another stop for us. All 3 of the sandwiches were supposed to be Cut-In-Half and only 1 of them was. I’ll go back but i’ll definitely be cautious before going back.

  I just came through to get a tuna sub for my mom.,and was given a turkey sub. Tried to call and they can’t answer the phone right now.
