  I've gone to this location at least once a week since it's opened. I always order through the app and pick up in the drive thru but 100% of the times I've tried to order extra queso or extra sauce or adding a sauce for the food they've neglected to put it on. I have never once gotten the extra/additional sauce even though I'm charged an additional 50 cents to add it every time. I tried to call the location to speak with a manger after getting home today about the no chipotle aioli sauce on my wrap (that I paid extra for), but the number is someone's cellphone or something that doesn't get answered.

  The folks that operate this location are so friendly and kind! Food and drinks are consistent and as expected for the chain. They were willing to modify a drink for our family member without issue or complaint. Have been multiple times and have always had a good experience.
