  i went here for a mobile order and they handed me the wrong one so i asked for the right one and there was some confusion the girl with the lip piercings was very rude and inconsiderate i hope she has a better day and treats the other customers with more respect

  Every time I order a caramel macchiato it’s strong to the point that it’s un drinkable. I would guess that the amount of espresso added is beyond what it should have. I’ve been hopeful that one day I will get one that taste good. I’ve tried other drinks and one day it’s good and the next day it’s not. No consistency. I guess I’ll go around the corner to Starbucks.

  I keep giving this location a chance but the last three visits my order has been messed up or just gross. I’ve missed the almond milk in my coffee twice, no sugar in my coffee (when I asked if there was the sweet n low in my drink, she told me yes. There was none) and now today my bagel is so hard and old I can’t even eat it. It just seems like they are always rushing and a lack of care for the product they are selling. I’m disappointed I wasted my money on this!!

  depending on whos working, my order tastes perfect mostly. ive had an unpleasant experience in terms of order being right and politeness occasionally when one specific person is on shift but, other than that its been nice 🫠 i just wont go certain days because of it.
