  I have been a customer at this locations for over 10 years. Within this last month service has extremely terrible and I’m not satisfied with how things have been going. The store manager Jennifer went on vacation for like 2 weeks the entire 2 weeks she was out my order were made wrong. I send my fiance there to order my coffee because my work schedule is tight or I’ll place the order on mobile for him to just grab it. Sometimes he waits over 20 minutes for just 1 ice coffee that’s placed on mobile app. Every day that Jennifer was out my coffee was distasteful! At one point I took the drink back and asked the manager taking over if he could re make my drink he gave me a problem about it so I end up just ordering it over in the mobile app. One week straight all my orders were wrong so I end up paying like 10 bucks for small ice coffee ONLY! When Jennifer returned to work I expressed my frustration with her and she replied to me and said “baby everyone has said that why I was out”! That was not the answer I was looking for I was expecting her to take a look at photos I have taken, offer me a drink or something seeing how I’m regularly in there chatting with her! Also the mobile app doesn’t have an option for me to have whip cream and caramel drizzle on top so when I place my order I leave no toppings so when I go inside I’ll just ask for it. Everyone side eye me as if it’s problem. I explained to multiple staff including Jennifer that it’s not an option on the mobile app and I like it in my coffee. Today I ordered my drink on the mobile app at 8:03. I arrived to dunkin at 8:11. Which this location is less than 2 minutes from my house. When I got there my drink still wasn’t ready so I sat outside in my truck while my son was waiting on my drink until 8:16. At that point I went inside and tried grabbing Jennifer the store manager attention but she didn’t hear me. So I called her name again she turned and gave me the side eye as I said can I just get my drink tomorrow because I do not have time to wait. Without even looking at me she replied and just said okay baby. This kind of service is unacceptable. I understand that they are a busy location and that they get overwhelmed but when people place mobile orders they expect to grab there drinks and go esp walking in to a lobby that has no one in there. They prioritized the drive through over mobile orders today and I did not appreciate that. Lastly I spend $58 in there on sandwiches and drinks for my family. My fiance ask for extra bacon and the cashier put bacon jam on all 3 sandwiches. It was wet and made me so sick to my stomach I threw up and then I lifted the bread and said what’s this. I went to ask Jennifer about it and she explained that it was bacon jam. I do not even eat pork nor bacon to even have had that on my sandwich. Jennifer did not accommodate me in any way. She asked if I wanted 1 sandwich for me when all 3 of the sandwiches were thrown away. I usually do not get on google unless my concerns are being ignored by the manager. And I’m respectful so I don’t cause a scene or anything I politely leave but today was the final straw. I would like to have corporate number so I can involve them as well. I have wasted tons of money on drinks I did not receive or drink! And at this point I had enough and will not be visiting this location anymore!

  The girls at the window and the young man who stands outside to take your order always make my morning! They are so pleasant and kind and go above and beyond in their customer service and it feels genuine and not like a corporate strategy. I hope those workers are given the praise they deserve!

  One of the worst locations. Went in for donuts one day and there were so many fruit flies in the case. I tried to let the employee know but she didn’t speak much English and had to get a manager. The manager said yeah it’s been a probably but we will try to fix it. I complained to corporate and they sent me a email for a free mail but the manager wouldn’t honor it in store. Tried contacting corporate again and they’ve never responded. Terrible. The coffee is good and right near the house so oh well guess I’ll go to Starbucks

  This will be my last time coming to this location it’s always something. I come here for a matcha and the staff are always rude. All times of the day. Today I came and she tells me she doesn’t have my order, then repeats my order to me. However it’s someone in the parking lot confirming the orders in the drive thru… then I get the drink and it’s not made correctly.
