Then the orders weren’t in any good order took awhile for her to find my order. I got my order and left. When I started to eat my bacon and egg bagel it was sub par food. My bagel was burnt and chewy and hard to eat.

Website states hours of operation, so therefore I expect that to be true not only it wasted my time going there to find out the is no one at the time of opening (4:30am) I placed the order in the mobile app so I had already paid for my items. I stayed for about 10-15 mins and no one is showing up. My question is why does the mobile app accept orders when the store is not even open ? They have to fix that issue, I know it may be a tech thing but wouldn’t you think once you turn on all services as you open the store then orders should be accepted. I’m limited in time due to the fact I’m going to work , so now I’m running to get to work and just paid $30 for my order that no one was there to make.
- MCMama CookieFeb 23, 20261.0I got a medium iced dunkalatte with 2 pumps of hazelnut syrup and LIGHT ICE why wouldn’t they fill it up to the top with milk especially when I asked for it after I seen they gave me an almost half empty cup of coffee for almost 8 dollars and they gonna say it’s policy nah man I can go to a bunch of other Dunkin’s and get the same thing I asked for and they fill it up to the top as always nah never going to this Dunkin again I can definitely promise you that
