- SSShelly6 days ago5.0I feel inclined to leave a positive review for this dunkin location. i would consider myself (and my daughter) a regular at this dunkin location. every time we order at this dunkin we experience the best customer service from the drive thru workers. the service is always fast and i’ve never had an issue with my order or the taste/quality of my food the younger female drive thru workers this morning was an absolute doll and made sure I had more strawberry cold foam on my coffee which was not necessary but was definitely appreciated that she wanted to make my order/experience a positive one. i am unsure of the younger male drive thru worker’s name but he is always a delight every time i deal with him. He has such a positive attitude and seems to genuinely enjoy his job. For some reason he gave me a 1/2 dozen donuts today for free?? I am not sure why, but either way that gesture was much appreciated! This location has wonderful customer service by not only those two, but from all of their employees. They are all positive, hard working people. The service is always fast and efficient. I never have a long wait in the drive thru. Of all of the places that have been in and out of that location/building in the past few years I am glad they finally put something here that will hopefully be here for a while!

Then the orders weren’t in any good order took awhile for her to find my order. I got my order and left. When I started to eat my bacon and egg bagel it was sub par food. My bagel was burnt and chewy and hard to eat.
