  I placed an order over the phone. I ordered a large sausage pizza with extra cheese and sausage, cookie brownie, and a large 2LT lemonade... all for $37. Now that's not bad at all. It took about 15min to be ready after calling. Everything was made fresh, staff members were friendly. I would recommend to a friend and eat here again.

  I Ordered some wings online for about $22, didnt get to pick it up right away, got there maybe a few hours after. Employees told me it would be refunded a month ago, Icalled multiple times, finally got a $20 gift card a MONTH later (my order was over that and my rewards were never refunded) been at this for days didnt want to leave a negative review but companies care only when its public i am seeing from other views. Been ordering from the company for years so its sad to see that they have went down hill.

  I had a positive experience picking up my pizza here. Everything was ready on time and very fresh. I LOVED the six-cheese pan pizza! The mixed brownie/cookie was good but not above and beyond. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the interaction I did have was friendly.

  I have had several issues with this specific location that I’ve never had at another Domino’s this bad in service. At first the issues were delivered related. Despite living 4 blocks from this location, they consistently put the orders for my partner and I last, so without fail, the orders always arrived cold. Eventually, we decided to just order carry out, and we usually order under his name, Nathan, and then I pick it up. Usually the Pizza Tracker is accurate, so when it was done tonight around 7:50pm, I made my way over. That was a mistake. Not only was the order not ready, but no one bothered to check if it was even in the queue. I waited until 8:15pm, where a driver on a return trip let me know that not only was it not done yet, but that they’d have to remake the whole order. Mind you, up until that point, I had been told it was still being made, to now be told it would be a while irked me, especially since I was sitting in a store in pajama pants. When I did eventually get the pizzas at 8:35pm, they were doughy and undercooked. I have never had an experience this bad when it came to pizza from any restaurant, and despite the fact that the Farwell location is out of the way, I would much rather order from there than this location ever again. And this is not to mention that when my boyfriend did try to call for an update, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on him without chatting into the line whatsoever. This is by far the worst Domino’s in all of Milwaukee, and we will never order from here again.
