As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- MBMargarita B1 day ago1.0Im starting to catch on why they never give you your whole complete order, so they can have and eat a free meal! Its not just one item they miss, it's several. Very hard to dismiss and not assume they do this on purpose regularly.

- IMIieisha MooreApr 18, 20262.0This the only checkers in the city who have told me they can't take a hundred dollar bill I was so hungry I had been in church all day an the person taking the order has an bad attitude on stop of being snappy and rushing me to finish my order it takes alot for my husband to get angry but that day he snapped food excellent attitudes horrible

I ordered a Checker Burger with cheese, and instead of putting the cheese on the sandwich, they literally placed two slices in a napkin on the side—something I’ve never seen before. The fish sandwich also tasted old, like it had been sitting out for quite a while. Since I live about five miles away, going back to fix the order wasn’t really an option. Overall, very disappointing—definitely not worth the money.
