  Terrible experience at Casablanca on Brady st. I’m not one to leave reviews, I don’t think I ever have before, but this experience was so bad I will never go back. So to start, my group of 4 ordered drinks. They were forgotten and we had to ask again 20 minutes later. No biggie, it happens. Then we placed our food order, each got an entree and one app to share (drinks still haven’t come). 30 minutes later we get 3 of the 4 entrees and still waiting on appetizer. I notice none of us have silverware so I ask our waitress for silverware and she comes back with plastic silverware for me and doesn’t say a word as she sets it down. I’m sorry, if I’m paying $25 for an entree I expect real silverware, that’s ridiculous. This isn’t fast food. I ask her for real silverware and she comes back with it. Finally our last entree arrives with the appetizer nearly an hour after we sat down. The rest of us are done eating and our food is cold. During the whole experience, we are checked on maybe once? And it was before everyone got their food. Otherwise we were ignored. We do speak up about our dissatisfaction, not to our waitress but to I believe the manager on duty and he comps the last entree which we appreciate. Our waitress comes around with the bill, no apology from her. We see they added auto gratuity, which is their policy for parties of 5+ after 7 pm. We are only a party of 4. We could have kept complaining but we were tired of it and just wanted to go. Sad and disappointing experience overall.

  I came on a Saturday night with a 7pm reservation with a group of 4. We had no issue getting a table. We set down and ordered drinks. After about 10 minutes we noticed our server changed which is no big deal. Another 10 minutes goes by and we still did not receive the drinks. We said something to our new server and then about 5 minutes after that we got our drinks. We then ordered 1 appetizer and 4 entrees. After about 30 minutes we received 3 entrees and no appetizer. We were told it would be a few minutes for the last entree. In the span of 20 minutes afterwards, we mentioned twice to the server we are still waiting for the 4th entree. Then the last entree comes with the appetizer. One of the people in the party asks for silverware as none of us received any. The server then retrieved plastic utensils with a napkin that you would get from a food truck. We then asked if we could get real silverware The amount of money this place charges and they want to give plastic silverware. Casablanca did take off the late 4th entree but only because we mentioned it. Server didn’t seem to care. She rarely checked up on us. We then get the bill. The bill says it adds gratuity for parties of 5 or more after 7. WE ARE A PARTY OF 4. What kind of scam is this place running. Horrendous service. Go somewhere else please.

  What an odd dining experience. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order, never returned. 20 min later a different waitress comes up and greets us and asks what we’d like to drink. We already ordered. Then it takes another 20 mins to get our drinks. No one has silverware. Three meals come and our appetizer comes after we have all finished 3 meals- one meal has yet to come. We ask for silverware for the last person and they bring plastic silverware wrapped in plastic? What is that?! Everyone was sitting waiting for the last persons meal to come and finally at this point my husband stated to the main server that we were very disappointed in our experience and how terrible the service was. We sadly won’t be back.

  So we went today on mothers day upset we didn't get our alcoholic drinks until after we got our food!!!!my order was not right I ordered beef shish kabob asked for no green peppers got green peppers when I told waiter he said sorry that was it!!! I ordered cheese cake it was so watery at bottom Gelato ice cream didn't taste like it no where near gelato ive had it before this didnt even come close gelato is smooth this tasted like pure fudge not gelato at all and for $6.00 there was barely any in there didnt even come to half the container.Then they gave us our bill ok we were cool with it until waiter came back and said we had to pay dam near 30 dollars for gratuity!!!! Never going there again Casablanca you suck!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!

  We were there today and unfortunately it was not a very good experience. When we arrived on Saturday around noon, we were the only table in the restaurant. Even after an hour, there were only three tables occupied including ours. We had a party of 7, and almost all of the food came out cold. I ordered the combination plate with shawarma and lamb kifta. The shawarma was overcooked, dry, and barely had any flavor. The rice and kifta were cold as well, so I had to send the plate back and request a new one. The replacement was warmer, but still disappointing. My daughter ordered the beef shawarma and it was also overcooked and cold. The rest of my family ate their food cold because they are younger and didn’t want to make a scene. Service was also lacking. We had to ask several times for pita bread and drink refills, and I personally had to get up a couple of times or had to raised my arm just to get the waiter’s attention for items we needed at the table. To be fair, the falafel, hummus, rice, kifta, wraps, and French fries were good. However, they really need to improve on serving food hot and providing better service overall. We originally came because their website advertised brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, but we were told they no longer offer it. It was disappointing that the website had outdated information. They were also out of a few menu items, which was surprising considering we were the first table there. Overall, I was very disappointed and honestly would not recommend this place.
