We came in with a coupon that clearly stated that it was eligible for "buy one kids, single, double, or triple scoop in a cup or cone ... and get the second one free!" And even after I showed her the exact wording, she said, "It only works for one scoop." So we did the one scoop and after hearing the choices from the server, we asked for sugar cones. She went to the back room and started coming out with the wrong cones. I said no we want the other one. She said this is all we have. But another server went back with her and found the right cones. Unfortunately, those cones ended up with paper wrappers stuck to them. Then we had to argue with the server about what exactly BOGO meant. We ended up leaving, very disillusioned about the place.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
