I’m not the one to usually leave a review, but this isn’t the first or second or third time that we come and their service isn’t good. One of the times they didn’t have medium cups available and they upgraded the medium chiller to a Large but the medium latte to a small which made me no sense because they said a medium fits in a small which means we are getting ripped off. Another occasion was that our drinks weren’t even filled completely, and asked for lite ice but the whole cup was basically ice. Also, even when the lines aren’t as long, we still end up waiting for 30+ mins when the Brookfield location has a better waiting times and service. On 5/17 we came back at night and asked for smoothies with energizer. They gave us fizz drinks and we corrected them and re made our drinks but then they gave us our smoothies with no energizer, they re made it again for the 3rd time and the end product was the fizz drinks in a chiller form, not even a smoothie. We did not say anything else and left instead. Not satisfied with today’s visit or past visits. We tried giving them another chance for being a brand new location but each time we come we leave disappointed.

Honestly the worst location I have ever been to in the US. Every time I have come to this location ( trying to give them a second chance since they are new) it has gotten progressively worse. Tonight I waited over 30 minutes for my drink, an iced blonde, while people who pulled in after me got theirs and left. The staff is not friendly and they are very disorganized.

This is actually the worst overall location I’ve been to. The music is obnoxiously loud, the service you receive is poor, it’s nothing like other locations, your drinks received are less than the stellar. The procedures through the drive thru poor, including not asking for your phone number, and their poor attitudes. The smallest details we all love from other locations is not there. I would have believed being a new location it would have been over the top great. Sadly, this is not the case.

Waited in line for 40 minutes. A worker came by to let me know they had run out of oat milk, which was fine with me. But after finally getting to the front of the line, the girl asked if I had even placed my order. Very frustrating experience and disappointing customer service.
Incredible experience! And fantastic people working there! I need to give a specific shout out to sky and malic (I apologize if i misspelled names) but they where bother incredible polite, talked to me about my day and weekend plans and overall where incredible at just great customer service and recommended me new drinks to try out! i also want to give mention to Conner as this morning I had stopped in to take advantage of the free drink coupon if you bought a gift card, as he left me a personal thank you for stopping in on my card holder! It really made my day just that much better!!!!!! Thank you all!!!!
