  The employees here are extremely rude. We asked a question and called cold foam the wrong thing, she was very condescending about it. Even going as far as talking bad about us to the other employees where we could hear them. Then she proceeded to get our order wrong TWICE. Go to the 27th location if you want to try 7brew

  You provide a great product with great service at a great location lol. You allow people to be creative to make whatever flavor creation they can come up with. Am my daughter loves coming up with creations.

  I normally love 7 brew and this was my second time at this location. There was a lady named Caitlin probably spelled diffrent but she was very rude. Talked over my mom and me and when we said paying with cash she walked away and said you can pay up there. Couldn't even hear what she said Im just assuming thats what it was as she just turned and walked away. My aunt has also said she doesnt like this location because she gets rude workers alot. Ill be staying at the 27th street location from now on.

  Finally got an opportunity to try seven brew. There was a lot of hype around it opening in my area. Jess was helpful when I couldn’t get up the menu because the QR code was a bit too small and far away. She gave me a great suggestion and walked me through all the options. Jess was friendly patient and extremely delightful. The picture in my review had cold foam on it when I got the coffee, but by the time I got home and had me melted into the coffee. I live two minutes away. That was the only thing I didn’t like. I could barely even get the taste effect of the cold foam. A little bit more would’ve been nice. More than likely, I will come back to try it again. Mainly due to Jess and the friendly staff. Something to noted it is just a drive thru, no sit down or place to enter.

  Idk why people are complaining and rating this location a 1 star review over them taking too long. I think this location is great the workers are amazing and so awesome for being able to complete all these drinks and big orders !! I personally believe you guys are fast and wonderful. These Karen’s can stay out of the drive thru and 7 brew in general if they’re going to be complaining about their waiting time . No one is holding your hand and telling you that you need to come and get coffee if you don’t have time , Just stay home :). Anyways you workers are awesome and very fast !
