  Went thru 6 to 8 minutes worth of music and still waiting and getting more irritated by the minute!!! Would give 000000 for stars!!!!!

  At first when we got there the worker was rude because she wanted someone from a different lane to cut ahead of me and was mad because I didn’t realize that wasn’t the bad part of it because the other worker was nice but their was a bee in one of my drinks

  Very fast paced makes you feel rushed and they can never seem to get at least one thing right.

  Today 9/12/26 I went to 7 brew with my husband and we seen an another car that was having issues so my husband went to help the young man that had car issues. 7 brew workers were so kind to check on the man that had car issues and gave them free drinks for the inconvenience. They were so kind to them. Love this

  I come here 2-3 times a week, but after today I will never come here again after the customer service I received. I pulled in and got in line just like I usually do any other day. I saw no one waving cars to pull forward or cones and I pulled in line. A short girl with short brown hair came up and asked if I skipped the line, I asked what was going on and if it's because of the promotion or some squish ball thing going on (I knew it was coming up but didn't know what day it was) and she said yes. I didn't know I skipped and I even APOLOGIZED to her. How about instead of coming up my car and asking if I skipped, why use proper customer service skills and explain to me what was going on instead of asking if I skipped the line. I didn't know what was going on!!!! I even said I will not order anything, how do I get out and she TOLD ME the only way to get out is GO FORWARD, the lady behind you is really mad. I did apologize. I didn't order anything and said I will leave. The short brown haired girl goes to the girl behind me and says I rolled up the window on her (you have hundreds of bees flying around!) and was very rude! SERIOUSLY?! What kind of customer service do you teach at this location? Half the time they don't even get my order right and when I ask for it to be remade I tell them I will pay for a new one and then they make it worse! Is it a joke to these people? The WORKER tells me the only way to get out is to go forward, the girl behind me gets out of her car runs up to me with an attitude and tells me to back out and leave, I did just that and left and I will never be back. Why don't you take the Brookfield locations tips on how to handle something like this, at least they guide people and use cones to block sections off. I apologized for skipping the line, and apparently it wasn't enough for you people! I was a customer that would come here 2-3 times a week, but I'm done. At least the Brookfield location has nice customer service, I"M SORRY I'M SORRY I SCREWED UP! You won't see me again, problem solved.
