  Waited in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got my drink. Mind you, when I pulled up I was second in line. Not sure if they were waiting for the coffee beans to grow, pick them, roast them and grind them to make my drink. Either way, disappointed. I will make the drive out to Brookfield next time. Longer lines but way faster and friendlier service.

  I stopped by 7 Brew today, and I was honestly impressed! Even though the line looked long, it moved so fast. The staff kept everything running smoothly. My drink was made perfectly ( Medium Sweat&Salty) The service was amazing. If you’re worried about the wait, don’t be—the line moves quicker than you’d expect. Definitely one of the best coffee drive-thru experiences I’ve had!

  I had a very disappointing experience at 7 Brew on 27th st. The employee helping me was unnecessarily rude from the start, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I ordered a large pink drink with no ice, and instead of politely explaining the policy, I was told I’d be charged extra simply because I didn’t want ice. I understand if there’s a company policy, but customer service matters. A respectful explanation would have gone a long way. On top of that, one of the customers talked badly to us and even took a picture of my car. Unfortunately, the attitude I received made me feel unwelcome, and because of that experience, I don’t plan on returning.

  The employees need more training and better organized. Not many menus to look at for new comers. Orders take way too long on busy day with an army of people working. The employee takung our order was very rude and uptight. Digital signs not even working to make menu choices. You only get one time to make first impression they failed. Chi tea made with water not milk. Music blaring the whole time. This was an epic fail. More training. Drinks where made with wrong ratios tasted terrible. You failed your stress test on a busy day. Crew needs lots of work. Will not be back anytime soon.
