To Mike, the manager at Jimmy Johns in Middleton Wisconsin. Thank you for your amazing service and delicious food. I recently catered two different conferences using Jimmy Johns in Middleton. The customer service Mike offered was amazing. It was clear he wanted to get my order correct and he took the time to assure that. At both events, the food arrived on time, it was accurate and delicious!! I'm very happy I decided to reach out to Jimmy John's for our catering needs. Very satisfied. I reached out to corporate about an incorrect order. I paid for additional toppings to the sandwich and they were not put on there. Corporate reached out to the owner of this establishment twice with no response. I will no longer be doing business here. Milio's from now on!

Food was ok, not worth the inflated price anymore. There are problems with staffing and orders go through slow. They actually even asked us if we knew friends that want to work and recommend them to Jimmy Johns. No one wants to work for less than cost of living, why would I recommend that to my friends? EDIT: 5/15/24 The canned response to this review is laughable. "That's now how we roll". Are you denying you pay below living wage to workers despite the evidence? No, I'm not going to submit feedback to your website where it will be ignored.
