The floors were dirty behind the food counter and where the food is prepped. The floors in the dining area were dirty. The trash cans were over flowing with garbage. Myself and another girl were waiting (I ended up asking her at some point when her pickup order was for and it was also for 5:30) with staff walking past not acknowledging us. After 20 minutes I decided to ask about our orders and the staff at the front said they would check in back and see what was taking so long. Someone eventually came to the front and asked what the name on the order was. They were gone for another 10 minutes and came out with my order and not the other girl's order. I waited with her and another 5 minutes passed and I HATED to be that guy but I asked to speak with the manager. Manager came out and said they were sorry but their machine was broken so they never got any online orders. At this point there were another 5 people waiting for pick up that won't get their food because the machine is down BUT they'll never know cause no one on staff will tell them! Also it was disgusting in there. Garbage everywhere, straws were wet, no napkins, and every surface was incredibly sticky. Not going back to this location.
