  Star Review | Serious Food Safety Concern and Unacceptable Customer Service Three days ago, I submitted a review regarding a deeply concerning experience with my food. While eating my chicken, I discovered a dark, almost black area inside the actual meat. I physically pulled the chicken apart to verify that the discoloration was not coming from the breading. Unfortunately, it was clearly embedded within the chicken itself. I immediately stopped eating. Although I cannot identify the substance or determine the cause of the discoloration, the appearance of the meat raised serious concerns about the quality and safety of the food I was served. Following my initial complaint, I was informed that someone would contact me to address the matter. Three days have now passed, and I have received no communication, explanation, or resolution whatsoever. What makes this situation particularly unacceptable is not only the condition of the food but also the complete lack of follow-through after I reported it. A customer should not have to repeatedly pursue a business for a response to a legitimate food safety concern. I initially gave this establishment the opportunity to address the matter directly and professionally. However, its failure to follow through on its own commitment has left me with no confidence in how customer complaints are handled. I will now be escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and sharing my documented experience on social media. I am also preserving the evidence of the food and my previous complaint. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I expect accountability, a meaningful explanation, and an appropriate resolution. Three days of silence after promising to contact a customer is unacceptable. Food safety should never be treated as an afterthought, and customer concerns should never be ignored. Also we reached out to the customer service at Arby’s feedback no response from them either but I will be uploading to the right places

  Guess this is what a $10 portion of steak bites and Mac n cheese looks like. Tiny portions but that’s okay I guess. Won’t order it again. Barley any Mac n cheese in it..

  Service in all aspects was great. I had downloaded the app in the parking lot. A gentleman was very patient with me figuring out what to do for this visit, the food came quickly after, and my favorite treats for myself when visiting Mad were tasty as usual. Thank you!

  We had stopped going to this location but with new management its a whole different story. Manager listens and is very personable. Food is always fresh and yummy.
