  It seems that every time I go there, they don't have KFC food. The workers never know if they have enough chicken and always look. Most of the time they don't and either need to mix and match or order something different. Not sure how you run out of food all the time or it's just not being made in a timely manner. Place is clean, Good menu items but order can get easily mixed up because they mumble the number and walk away before verifying that you have the right order.

  EDIT: Store manager Justin, did reach out via phone call 4/27 to make it right and discuss the sitaution which was appreciated! He was very nice in his communication and apologetic. Nice to know that they are looking at comments and actively trying to improve the store! Saturday 3/28/26 @2PM dining in - ordered a famous bowl and 2pc dinner. Asked for a refund after 40minutes of waiting - only 5 other people in the restaurant when we got there and we were the only diners at one point. Employees were just standing in the kitchen. Did receive a refund. Disappointed - thought id give this place a chance after years of avoiding due to a bad reputation. Will continue to avoid.

  It's a drive-thru. Kfc products have been steadily declining for years. Whenever I'm in the area I'll ask friends if they want me to pick them up something. .. the answer is most always a hard no. But I'm nostalgic. And think maybe this time it'll be different.... 🤷🏻. It's also way pricey now.
