Food was edible, but the wrap I ordered was disgusting and I had to spit it out. Was also given the wrong food and wrong change. They were nice and understanding though. Hopefully in the future they will get things figured out. The espresso drink was good though!

Went to local Dunkin on a Sunday. Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. It was horrible! Bread was burnt. Only one egg when supposed to have two. It took me three bites to get to something other than bread! The hash browns have a weird taste to them. NOT a fan. The employees seem nice, but they need to do better with the food.

My boyfriend and I are currently very upset with our whole experience at this location. We ordered our food which was a black smoked pepper sandwich, a bacon egg n cheese bagel, and hash browns, then our coffees which my boyfriend got large caramel ice coffee with extra cream and sugar and I just got an Oreo whatever. He noticed his coffee set on the counter and said “they made it a latte again” which at our location in Waupaca, they usually do 6 sugar 6 caramel and 6 cream for him labelled as a coffee, so he asked me to go ask the lady we ordered with to remake it. She asked if it was supposed to be a regular iced coffee with sugar and caramel I said yes, she brought it back and asked if he wanted cream and he said yes. She dumped the whole 2nd drink instead of just adding cream to it. Then remade the 3rd drink the same way she did the first time after he said he watched her shake her head at one of her coworkers. After she gave us ANOTHER latte, which he kept, they then told us to have a nice day, to which he replied “there are still loaded hash browns and sandwiches being made correct?”. They looked at the order screen and continued to make it without saying anything. I personally walked out after that because it was packed in there and I didn’t want to be upset with the girl or him, but when he got back in the truck he said he’d just tossed the last drink when he walked out with just two sandwiches. He said he walked backed in and asked where the hash browns were. They proceeded to give him hash browns with hot sauce on them? Which he had to pay for AGAIN? This location seems understaffed unless they were missing someone today, but how does it make sense to have someone working the counter to be wearing a headset? When we pulled out there was a long line in the drive thru so I can only imagine what issues other people were having/had today. In no way were we trying to be rude about any of this but if they can make his coffee that way in Waupaca I don’t see why they couldn't here unless we didn’t specify correctly. But at the end of the day, walking out with $37 spent along with the highest amount tip for BOTH transactions, one being the HOTSAUCE hash browns that we did NOT order, one coffee, and just an overall bad vibe, we did not enjoy coming here, and we go to a LOT of places like this considering we are constantly on the road. I don't think the drive thru would have been any different either.

Been here twice since they opened and am quite pleased. For a new store they’re quite efficient. Still figuring some stuff out, but that’s to be expected. Love that they’re here but I got a feeling the bank account is gonna have a different take on things before long…

Super fast service. All of our drinks were made perfectly. The girl who took our order, Dezaray, was very friendly. Will be back!! Great addition to Merrill.
