  If you place an order through the app it will let you order options that aren’t in stock, and then the employees won’t offer to replace it, and will tell you they can’t give you a refund.

  I placed a mobile order ahead and when I got to the speaker, I told them that I had a mobile order and she listed it off and what was on the screen versus what I had ordered was different. I asked to clarify what was actually placed on my order and very rudely, the drive-through employee said that because I had a mobile order what was on the screen was not what I ordered and when I asked again to clarify, she got very snippy and read off my correct order and then thanked her and pulled around to the first window.

  STAY AWAY!!!! Eating ice cream with a tasting spoon???? Really????? Walmart is right next door, go buy a pack of plastic spoons for your customers!!!!! RIDICULOUS, Sorry will never be back
