  Short staff and had to close the dining room early. The two employees that were there (a young man and a young lady) were very friendly and were working very hard.

  Hot Lunchmeat at a premium price. But hey the curly fries and soda pop are good. It's a guilty pleasure.

  In all my many years of purchasing food from restaurants, I have never seen this before. These are crinkle fries from Arby’s in Merrill, WI. At first I thought maybe they mistakenly sprinkled pepper on them but then I realized it must have been that they fried them in old or dirty oil. They were also cold like they had sat around and instead of making fresh fries they gave us these. Unfortunately, I didn’t think I had to check my food order for freshness and quality before taking it home but I guess these days you have to. Yes, I could have taken them back but didn’t want to drive back to the restaurant. Highly disappointed that whoever was doing the fries thought these were acceptable to serve.
