  Call me a boomer, but I remember when Jimmy John's was subs so fast you'll freak. Where they were practically handing you the sandwich by the time you finished paying. Now there's 6 people mulling about, Gen z, that have no urgency, don't really want to be there. Very disappointing.

  Walked in to pick up my order that I had been waiting on for about twenty minutes. It hadn’t been marked as “ready for pickup” on the app yet, so I figured there’d be a wait. I get to the counter and the worker standing behind it moved towards his other coworker, ignoring me. Another employee there made eye contact with me several times and told the worker next to her that I was there- not acknowledging me, no hello or anything. My order had been ready already, who knows how long it had been there because once again, they did not mark it correctly on the app. Just to get home and find my wrap isn’t cut in half, like it was from the Germantown location yesterday. It truly seems like Mequon is plagued by employees who don’t like their jobs. Everyone in this place seemed miserable besides the girl who came to the counter. Do better, please! Edit: on top of the whole experience, I ordered provolone on each wrap, which cost $1.29 extra per wrap. There is no provolone added. I will be taking my business back to Jersey Mike’s, if I want Jimmy John’s that badly I’ll go to Glendale. At least they prepare orders correctly.

  Well. This was the slowest experience I’ve ever had a Jimmy John’s. They had 2 employees on and 1 took orders. The other did prep work instead of making our subs.. 10 minutes later the older gentlemen prepping decided to make our food and he literally kept putting ingredients BACK into the well off my sub… this is the SKIMPIEST wrap I’ve ever ordered… like why did you put all the lettuce back. I wish I had said something he wise I just Watched him do it. Did not get what I paid for
