And there's a reason we celebrate craft brewing. Our grounds were the site of the Opitz Zimmerman Brewery, started in 1857, and our complex sits on a historical goldmine - two levels of lager caves! We'd like to think those first brewmasters would be proud of their legacy for the sheer variety of beers we brew today!
