  Bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Sounds simple. Charged for bacon that never went into my sandwich. I can't stop laughing. The name implies genius yet they can't make a simple sandwich without missing an ingredient. Here's a thought why not change the name to not quite Einstein's. Not sure if I was more disappointed about not getting the bacon and getting charged or leaving a tip for that. Now everywhere you pay it prompts for tipping,I don't mind if people can just get it right, of if they go above and beyond I tip more to show my appreciation. This was just sad luckily I don't live in the area and they won't have a chance to steal from me again. Watch out here

  Amazing bagels & sandwiches here. Came all the way from Sheboygan for some! It did not disappoint. Staff was friendly. The hot honey schmear was a hit! The Baker's Box was even a bigger hit!!! Great pick up option for the office, and affordable!

CJ and the staff remember your name and genuinely ask how you’re doing. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes a big difference, you always feel like a valued customer and not just someone passing through the line. They’re also deeply invested in the community. You’ll often see flyers and displays for local school and community events, which shows they care about keeping people connected. They’ve also been wonderful supporters of veterans, active-duty military members, and their families, which says a lot about their values. And of course, the food and drinks are always top notch. The bagels are fresh, the sandwiches are delicious and satisfying, and the coffee is consistently great. It’s the kind of place you can count on—both for quality and for kindness.
