    Not what it used to be. Quality has diminished and staff has an off-putting vibe. That's usually a sign of bad management and ownership.

    Normally a great place. Today, I waited over 70 minutes for delivery (not a huge deal, Normally 20ish), but the bread is barely cooked, and there was a nice long black hair on my sandwich. Sorry guys, I'm done.
