Staff are not always friendly, and when asking questions, the responses can sometimes come across as dismissive or rude. Additionally, promotions don’t always seem to be honored at this location. Even when showing proof through the app, emails, or text messages, there can be confusion or refusal to apply advertised deals. Hoping to see some improvement in customer service and consistency with promotions.

We don’t get them often but every time we have, they are dry, very little filling on the inside.. we ordered a dozen for Easter weekend, they once again were dry on Friday, by Saturday they were rock hard. For a place that calls themselves Dunkin’s Donuts, I would expect for them to have the best donuts around, but I think I’ll stick to the occasional gas station donuts instead, sadly.
