- KMKatie MAug 28, 20262.0Ive gone here a few times in the past with okish results. I typically go before work (430am) and I place my order ahead of time. Typically I have to wait a bit but its not really an issue. Last week I placed an order for one drink and one donut. I was waiting almost 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me. I had to choose to keep waiting or be late for work. I tried calling the store, no answer. I tried going inside, doors were locked. I then try to contact corporate which hasn't done me any good so far either. They tell me they cant find my account even though I have sent screenshots and their replies are very spread out. Then they give me a number to call which literally says "this number does not work, please contact us at dunkin.com". It's only about a $10 order but now its about principle and I work hard for my money, dang it!

- SSSummerJul 12, 20261.0This was my first time ordering from this Dunkin location. I placed a mobile order and within minutes returned it. The food smelled spoiled and the donuts were dry. I immediately requested a refund because the order did not seem safe to eat. When I expressed my concern to the manager, she refused the refund and told me she sees “100 customers a day” and makes food to a quality standard. That did not address the actual condition of the food I received. The smell was concerning and the main issue was dismissed. I had no interest in arguing with her so I filed a complaint and took my business elsewhere. After checking other reviews, I saw that my experience wasn’t isolated. Other customers have also complained about rude service and poor food quality at this location. Serving many customers does not automatically mean every order is acceptable. A customer concern about food quality should be taken seriously, not dismissed with a statement about volume or standards. It’s a potential safety issue that could put customers at risk for illness. This was a disappointing first experience and based on both the food quality and the management response, I will not be returning to Dunkin.
