  Placed a mobile order got 2 boxes of variety 50 munchkins. Got to the drive through and I was told they didn’t have any..I said you don’t have any? The lady said, hold on, I have enough for one 50 count box. I agreed to take the one. I asked how to get my refund and I was told I had to call the number through the APP. When I got home and opened the box, I was given 98% of one flavor and that flavor was disgusting. Came home and called for my refund. Was told someone would call me to discuss further and resolve. Two days later I have now called back and was told the store has not responded back and they will put in another request. This is absolutely bull that I have to fight and wait days for my refund. Will not be going back to Dunkin.

  First time ever at a Dunkin. Staff were quick and friendly. Coffee was ok. Breakfast sandwich was horrible in my opinion.

  The open time is a lie. Placed an online order. Of course they took my money but then they're closed when I get here.

  Do not waste your time. Sadly, the worst customer care we have experienced in quite some time. The restaurant was freezing-air conditioning blowing throughout the store on a 30 degree day. Doughnuts were dry. Clerk lied about regular coffee being decaf. When we asked if the heat could be turned on, we were given some bogus excuse. Again, do not waste your time-go somewhere else!

  If I could give their service 6 stars, I WOULD! Great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and avocado toast!!! To anyone crying about their donuts… they’ve always been mid! Go to a bakery if you want a decent donut. This locations service is top notch! Always friendly and smiling.
