  Walked in at 9:45pm, waited for 5 minutes for 1 of the 6 employees who were cleaning for the store to close, to acknowledge us. We were told they were out of lettuce, cheese, red sauce, steak and one other meat. We ordered queso since they had no cheese. And they up charged us $1.70 for the queso…..when I said you are still up charging even tho you are out off all these other items? They told me that yes queso is a up charge. I guess after 9:30 cleaning the store is more important then the customers

  The front line workers really good. Made errors and not smooth experience but made up for this by making really good food. Some of best chipotle ive ever had. Some suggestions: the protein options limited because cook not keeping the options stocked. Not sure how this happens but food was out and we were there at 6pm with only 2 people in line so not busy. Just seemed bizarre to be out of protein options at start of peak dinner hour. 2nd, i would place a little placard or message at the counter telling customers that forks knives cups for water were all located at xyz location that is accessible to public. It was uncomfortable and time consuming to get attention from busy line workers to get cups and utensils to eat.

  I came in at 7:00 PM on a Sunday—three hours before closing—and this location was already out of core ingredients: no white rice, no cheese, no guac. When it was my turn, they ran out of brown rice mid-order as well. That alone is bad enough, but what’s completely unacceptable is the staff attitude. When someone asked if more rice would be made, I heard an employee say, “we don’t have to make it.” That is a direct reflection of poor training, lack of accountability, and failed management oversight. This isn’t a minor inconvenience—this is basic operational failure. Running out of essential items hours before closing and refusing to restock shows a complete breakdown in inventory planning, leadership, and customer service standards. If this is how this location is being run, corporate needs to step in immediately. Customers should not be paying full price for a half-stocked menu and dismissive service. This experience was unacceptable.
