- GBGene BaumannAug 20, 20261.01-Star Review Very frustrating experience. When I went into the restaurant, they were out of white rice, pico, fajitas, and several other items. What made it even more frustrating was that those same items were still available for online orders. I asked if I could get those items since they were clearly available for online orders, but I was told no. I then asked to speak with a manager, and the employee told me the managers were busy and couldn’t talk to me. The explanation I was given was that they couldn’t turn away Uber drivers whose orders weren’t complete, and that I should “look at it as two different companies” — Chipotle online and Chipotle in-store. That makes absolutely no sense from a customer’s perspective. On top of all of that, the portions were small and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that restaurants run out of items sometimes, but having the items available for online orders while refusing to provide them to customers standing in the restaurant, and then not allowing a customer to speak with a manager, is unacceptable. I left very frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not the experience I expect from Chipotle.

Thanks to some great helpful tip and advice from this young lady Malia. She was a great help in building one of the best burritos I’ve had.

We were told they were out of lettuce, cheese, red sauce, steak and one other meat. We ordered queso since they had no cheese. And they up charged us $1.70 for the queso…..when I said you are still up charging even tho you are out off all these other items? They told me that yes queso is a up charge. I guess after 9:30 cleaning the store is more important then the customers Update: They did get in touch with me and offered me a free 22oz soda, for next visit. I wasn’t looking for a free hand out, but that just seems like an insult.
