- R4Regina*5* 4142 days ago2.0💁Food was amazing 💁 service was great BUTTT- THE BS THAT WAS GOING ON IN THE PARKING LOT WHERE WE ATTEMPTED TO PARK N PEACEFULLY ENJOY OUR FOOD, WAS A SHIIP SHOW smfh I had to move by the JC Penny parking lot because there were like 12-15 younger guys about 19-21 in the lot acting a damn fool with their big ass monster trucks that are OBNOXIOUSY LOUD AND THEY HAVE SUPER BRIGHT WHITE LIGHTS EVERYWHERE ON THEIR TRUCKS idk it must be the new INHERITANCE FAD or something but it took a good 45 minutes to eat and chop it up and the entire time sitting there u see these fools riding back n forth from Culver's then up n dusn the street like a "cruisin' strip" or something and squealing their tires getting their rocks off thinking they're 😎 smh We pulled up to the Chick -fil-A to throw out trash out and I almost hit a guy riding a damn dirt bike around smh long story shit i had ENOUGH at this point and had to BE A KAREN and call the boys 🚓🚨 Im from Milwaukee and I know first hand had this been a bunch of blacks or Hispanics just hanging out being loud and obnoxious - some people would immediately contact the law crying how they're "in fear of their lives" so I don't think it's fair these lil privileged boys get to cause a disruption by doing the crap my kind of people get SHOT OVER everyday. IDC who gets offended by this but I speaking my truth and experience at this location which luckily I'll never have to go to anymore!!

One time my yogurt parfait had mold on top, another time I was only given like 5 hash browns, another time I was given a chicken nugget sized piece of chicken when I ordered the spicy biscuit and this time my iced coffee had a spoil flavor to it! There’s more but to end this, every time I called to make a complaint I was always placed on hold for 10 mins or more!

However, on Friday, August 14th at the Menomonee Falls location at 8 pm, I walked into the lobby and was stared at for approximately an uncomfortable 2 to 3 minutes without one anyone coming up to the register or acknowledging I that I was waiting to order. One young lady (whom looked super nervous and looked like she was over it all) was right in front of me but continued putting cups away without even looking my way. I have visited this location before and will visit it again. I'm hoping this was just a one off and an odd, off night for the staff.
