  Always go to the one to pick up online order from menasha instead of downtown appleton even though thats by my house. The people that work at menasha location have always been so nice. Every single one of them. Food is always correct and ready when i get there.

  On Wednesday at 4:30 pm ordered 3 sandwiches. Chicken wrap, Italian, and the beef sandwich, Now I use to go here alot until Jersey Mike's came to town, so I thought let's stop and get sandwiches from Jimmy John's, two were good, but the beef sandwich number 14, was just terrible, the beef, I removed and threw it away, tough, stringy, just terrible.. Sorry, but Jersey Mike's it will be from now on..

  Staff is friendly but they don't get the job done. Neither myself nor anyone I know has ever had their pick-up order ready for them when they arrive. Pick-up orders are only made AFTER you arrive and alert them that you have an online pick-up. They will then act surprised/confused, check the computer and make it for you.

  I'm sorry for saying this but there is no urgency in providing a quick sandwich anymore... waiting for 15 minutes (two times in a row) at the drive up window is just too long for a company that was founded on speed. The food that was provided was great but the time to get it was unreasonable. Something has to change.
