  I’ve avoided this place for years because they are notoriously slow. However, yesterday I was craving something different so decided to try Medford, Wisconsin Arby’s again. As I’m sure you can imagine, it was not a good experience. I pulled in the drivethru and asked for more time to look at the menu (since I hadn’t been there for years I needed to see what was currently offered). I received a harsh “Let me know when you are ready.” I blew it off thinking I misheard the sarcasm. Once I began my order, I asked for a small soda but noticed the outside menu did not list a small soda but medium or large so I corrected myself and followed up with medium. The response I received was so arrogant and cocky. It was “we have small, medium, or large, which is it you want.” Needless to say, I told that guy to he didn’t need to be arrogant. That their menu doesn’t list small and that I would take my money elsewhere. And I did. I went to Hardee’s and spent 10 bucks on a meal and wasn’t harassed about my decision one bit. Medford Arby’s you will never get my business again. I’m not going to take my hard earned money and be treated like garbage by your workers. This happened at around 630 pm on August 8. Talk to your person.

  Standout at this place was the kind older gent behind the counter. He made me feel good just placing my order and made sure to say goodbye as I was leaving.

  I read a couple months ago another customer complained how the Medford, WI Arby's was dirty. I went to this Arby's yesterday, I went inside to order. I immediately noticed how dirty the restaurant was, floors, men's bathroom and eating area floors were filthy. Toilet and sink in bathroom also filthy. Since I read the other one star review from a couple months ago I felt compelled to write this review. Hope it helps management and possibly corporate to get things fixed, you're serving us food, it's important that your restaurant is clean, not gross!
