  Mannn no joke... I have not had pizza hut in over 15+ yrs.... This is my first pizza I saw that had a high rating. 4.1 at that... The pizza was nice fresh and hot... Keep it up...

  I arrived at 10:05 PM to pick up a DoorDash order. I gave the employee the customer’s name, and she told me it would be “a couple of minutes.” By 10:25 PM, I asked for an update because nothing had been brought out. That’s when I was told the order wasn’t even due until 10:45 PM. If I had known that from the beginning, I would have unassigned the order instead of waiting around. By the time it would have actually been ready, I would have wasted about 40 minutes on a single pickup. This also seems to be a common occurrence at this location. DoorDash will say an order is ready for pickup by a certain time, but Pizza Hut says it isn’t due for another 20 to 30 minutes. If that’s the case, drivers should be told immediately instead of being told “a couple of minutes” and left waiting with no communication. The lobby was empty, and the employees spent most of the time on their phones instead of keeping drivers informed. I don’t mind waiting when I’m given an honest estimate, but being told it’ll only be a couple of minutes when the order won’t be ready for another 40 minutes is frustrating and completely wastes a driver’s time. If you’re ordering from this location, don’t expect your food to be ready when the app says it will be. Based on my experience, delays like this appear to happen regularly.
