    I go here quite often. Food is always good. I've had 0 issues with any order. I often go through the drive through but sometimes dine in.

    Just wow! The absolute worst Jimmy John we have ever been in. 6 STATES AND 1000S of visits. This is 100% a 1 off to this location for sure. The rudest staff I have ever seen. I asked for oil on the side so my daughter didn't have it all over our car or dripping in her lap. WE DONT DO THAT , ITS JIMMY JOHN POLICY.Ill pay for it ? NO. it's policy. Thats a lie, we have done this 100s of times all over America. Then they all start yelling after the manager says she will call her owner. i said just give me the number I can call him. Imagine 5 or 6 girls all yelling at me, we dont give his number at me standing in the door. Ok too crazy for me crowd. LOL I just showed her the phone with their 3.4 rating and said this is all I need to see about the owner and his views. I turned to walk out and the manager starts screaming something ( Complete melt down) I just couldn't stop laughing all the way to my car. Cant even make up this level of unprofessionalism.... Won't be back to that jimmy John ever. The owner should take a look at the camera and watch how his manager acts and maybe think about getting someone with a little better and more professional demeanor. Whole sub had no oil and 6 pieces of super thin turkey. I think they did that because my wife already had asked her about all this prior to them making it. Who knows, maybe that's the policy as well. We give the customer a sub roll for 15.00. No meat. LOL

    I ordered a club Lulu with extra bacon on it and I only got extra bacon on half of the sub. I paid $30 for a sub that almost took an hour to get to me when they're only 5 minutes away and it's not even correct And the sad fact is this consistently happens to me at every Jimmy John's that I order from. They can never get anything right or I get overcharged or it takes forever there always some issue with this chain I used to work at a sub restaurant It's not that difficult to read an order and make the food correctly this will be the last time I order from this chain because I can't get what I pay for And it's ridiculously overpriced Jersey Mike's mikes makes you look pathetic even subway does a better than you
