The crust was severely burnt on the bottom, but super raw on top under the toppings. It was truly disgusting and inedible. I called them to complain, and they were pretty much like "yeah that happens ALL THE TIME with the alfredo sauce. It doesn't happen with the other sauces". They didn't want to remake it, refund it, or in any way make it right. I threw the entire thing in the garbage. It was inedible. I might as well have set my money on fire. Leaving a review so that in case I ever forget why I don't order from pizza hut, I can see this and remember that their food is disgusting. I scraped all the toppings off to try to figure out why the crust was so incredibly disgusting, and this is what it looked like. Just soggy, uncooked dough slathered in way too much alfredo sauce. Yuck!
