  I've been waiting almost 2 hours for my food that was supposed to be delivered in around 35 mins tried calling the store and nobody will pickup the phone was on hold for around 10 mins. So i cant call and cancel my order even though its about time for me to go to bed. I am beyond upset with the service here. Employees are almost always rude.

  The pizza is delicious, but the place is very cold, I think the heating is not good enough.

  We had a very disrespectful waiter who actually pulled up a chai to our table and sat down and he didn't even have a piece of paper or pen to write down our order, he got the order to us by memory but then when the he came halfway though our meal and had us look at the bill to see if it was correct we said yes and it was but then walked away with it (he could have left it as it was already printed) but we decided after that to leave and finish our meal at home or just save it and when we asked for boxes he gave them to us no problem, ok but then he followed us back to the table and said you guys done already in a weird like disrespectful way ok well then he walked away as we were packing up our pizza and came across a knot of hair hiding under the pizza so we took it up they did give us out two pizzas again and said sorry so I guess it is really gross but they did kinda make up for it.. but another note is I went there with both my kids and they brought both my pizzas to me at the table in extremely hot pans and put them in the middle and then expressed to me that the steel pans were very very hot and from my normal experience everywhere else they usually served pizza on a wood board or serving platter never a scolding hot pan brought to a table with little kids and two large pizza in the middle of a booth table with 2 Little kids one on each side yea not a good idea someone will eventually get burned.... I hate the Manitowoc Wi, Pizza Hut
