    Half of us didn’t even order. The guy at the register was soo rude and condescending. It wasn’t just to me. It was to every customer. He acted like he hated his life and would sigh after every thing he said. He got half way through everyone’s orders then asked us to wait while he helped the other workers put meals together. We sat there for a good 5-8 mins and the line just grew and grew and he just acted annoyed. Someone came up to the register and asked if he had a long spoon and he laughed at the guy and said this isn’t McDonalds. I left and got food next door.

    I don't eat out very often but every time I do it seems like the prices are higher and the food is smaller. The service was good, the place was clean, the food was hot. Just not as good as I remember.

    Took forever to get through the drive through when it wasn't busy. I get the first bite of my sandwich and find a strand of hair. Brought the sandwich back in and told the cashier what happened. Looks behind her at the 4 boys working the food area and replies saying they don't have much hair. Now, I'm glad she was nice enough to remake the sandwich herself at no charge. However it shouldn't matter if someone has short hair or long hair, that's not what you say to someone who is dissatisfied with their food. But this was a reminder to me why I don't eat at Arby's.

    Good classic Arby's experience. Friendly staff and the beef was delicious. Keep doing it right Arb!

    Our roast beef was overcooked. Person taking our order got upset because we complained about the burnt meat. Had to speak to a manager. We got a refund.
