  Never received food, employee lied for over an hour and a half about not seeing anything, said delivery driver probably stole food, before the delivery driver picked up the order. Lied about delivery driver leaving with the food. Communication with employee was difficult, not sure if he understood that any English or either pretending not to understand English. Wanted me to send receipt to his personal cell number. This company used Door Dash for their deliveries so the actual customer can't keep track of orders. Door Dash doesn't keep a record of the transaction on who's the actual customer or who's paying for the order and tip. I would give their customer service via telephone a -10, if I could, but I can't, the lowest is 1.

  Second time trying this Wingstop and I won’t be back a third. Ordered a 10-piece boneless Hot Honey with extra Hot Honey seasoning. Barely got any seasoning at all — seemed like they just added the wet sauce with a tiny dash of dry seasoning. Fries were cold and tasted old, like they had been sitting at least 20 minutes too long. Only positive thing I can say is the guy at the counter was very nice and respectful. But spending money and not getting what you actually ordered is frustrating.

  My son ordered online, he placed it for carryout on accident, called them told them he wanted delivery, they then canceled the order and told him to reorder. They never canceled the order went through he never got his refund and whenever we try to call we get the run around. The place is sometimes over crowded and 1 time we went in there we had an order placed with 5 fountain drinks. Their soda machine wasn't working so instead of refunding our money for drinks they told us we can get ONE lemonade. Do not at all recommend this location. Go to Gammon Road or Fish Hashery. Our mistake was giving this location more than one chance. Had to dispute through the bank after they kept the money and he didn't get his food. Unprofessional at it's finest.

  Dined in with my family tonight my husband payed the bill before we sat down. Handed the cashier 29 in cash and wanted to pay the remaining of the balance on card remaining amount $16 dollar. The time we got home and checked our bank account we were charged the full amount of $45 dollars as if the cash amount handed was not even put in place for food balance. Called restaurant they remembered who we were said they can’t do anything without the receipt even though we had the receipt number told us to contact the bank. What’s the bank suppose to do if you were the one who handled the transaction all wrong.
