Last night I had the same experience that others appear to have had in these reviews - I put in an order for delivery, and never received anything. I waited about two hours, then called the store and still never got the delivery. I drove there today to ask about it and they basically said it was too busy and there weren't enough drivers, so the order was cancelled. I received no notifications from store or driver that my order was cancelled. At least the front staff at the store were nice and explained that my card wasn't charged because the order was cancelled. I like pizza hut but I'll probably order pizza from somewhere else from now on.

Ordered last night. About 40 minutes in, I got a text saying Pizza Hut had cancelled my order. I called the store and they told me it was in the oven and they'd send it out. It never showed up. I called back an hour later and nobody picked up. I called again an hour after that and got a voicemail saying they were closed, even though their listed hours say open until 9. When I finally reached someone the next day, they said they'd just cancelled it and offered to deliver it 24 hours late. I'd skip this location

This was our first time having Pizza Hut in Madison, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Our order was extremely late, we just ordered pizza and bread sticks and the person working at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. They did not seem to value or respect the customers and were not even responsive when we tried to ask about our order. Customer service makes a big difference, and experiences like this can make people not want to come back. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and the way customers are treated.

My spouse ordered pizza for delivery. He ordered around 6 PM and the app said the delivery would be close to 630. We waited and there was never any updates on the app from the initial we got your order. Tried to call the store at 7/7:15pm/7:35pm. Never got a hold of anyone. Nobody ever picked up. We never got our food. Never got a refund. We never heard from the store. I do not recommend using this location at all or ordering online. Why is it so hard to get a hold of anybody?!

All the one-star reviews on here are exaggerated for exactly one reason: wait times. This isn't a full-size Pizza Hut, and is a very compact location with a kitchen to match. Most days, it serves its purpose as a place for people to get a familiar pizza at a modest price, and often even without the wait. But if any event boosts pizza ordering for any reason, it gets really backed up by the sudden increase of people ordering because their kitchen just isn't equipped to churn out pie after pie like a full sized location. Anything from a large televised sporting event, a sudden rain that makes people want to order in, or just a random person ordering a dozen pizzas for a party can make everyone suddenly need to wait upsettingly long for their turn. Then every Karen in a 5-mile radius has to make up the most mountainous molehill to justify slighting the staff with their 1-star tantrum. The staff themselves are spread desperately thin during these times, but still do everything they can to put out fires they had no hand in starting, even remembering your name and face if you order there regularly. But at the end of the day, all these reviews can try to punish a store that's too popular for its scale, but if this location disappeared, they would feel it.
