  If I could give a ZERO-star review, I would. Believe everything you read about the other reviews here. We ordered dinner for delivery that was NEVER delivered. Pizza Hut uses Uber Eats for delivery, and throughout the evening, five different Uber drivers were assigned to our order. Each driver would arrive at the store, wait 10–15 minutes because our food wasn't ready, and then leave. Another driver would be assigned, and the cycle continued through FIVE drivers. We were never able to reach anyone at the store to cancel the order. The drivers were clearly wasting their time trying to pick up an order that wasn't ready, while we were left at home with no food and no way to get answers. I've tried reaching out to the restaurant, only to be sent to a call center, then routed to the store, where the phone is immediately hung up when they answer. I've also contacted Pizza Hut corporate with the order number to request a refund and have never received a response. At this point, this store took our money, provided absolutely nothing in return, and made no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Complete waste of our time, the drivers' time, and our money. I would strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.

  Putting an order at 6:30. Order was supposed to be here shortly after 7. Never came, called they said it was on the way, called back at 8, it never came. Said the dasher stole it. Supposed to remake it right away and get it out, it’s after 9 delivery person said it still wasn’t ready and they mixed it up with another order. It is now 9. They wouldn’t answer their phone after waiting on the opening hold message for 15 minutes. Delivery person just got ahold of me and they are 10 minutes away. Horrible customer service. I should have known after the last time, not to order from here.

  Do not go here so unprofessional I don’t know if they got kids working here or what but every time I order an online order from 2030 minutes ago it’s still not done. I go in the store. Everybody’s not doing nothing but walking around I come in the order still not done. I always have to wait 45 minutes to an hour just to get a simple pizza from here. don’t come here if you want your pizza well done cause it’s not good either.
