If I could give you guys 1- I would. My friend birthday want to do something nice buying birthday for lunch 🍕telling all my team to wait to eat pizza for lunch together sadly 🥲 my pizza was delayed for 2 hours. Some off us can’t wait have to return to work with empty stomach 😣😤🤯😩 I placed order ahead of time via application on my phone. I ordered the night before to deliver it at 2 pm received Order Confirmation: #965943EDF4ED4968990E62DCEBF25DF2 2:10 didn’t see any update so I called the store informed them about my order. Andrew, who is informed me that the store not receiving my original order. To resolve the issue,I have to placed second order. I was told the order should arrive in 30 minutes. And he is taking $20 of my order. Ok, that fine mistake happen and I am willing to accept that. 3 pm pass by still waiting for pizza I am get very hungry and Hangry!!! Call the store asking for the update on my order he said door dash pick up awhile ago. But don’t know where the door dash went !?! What……. I am so confused and disappointed. Andrew willing to give me another order without charge but this is not about money is about the time that I lost and some of my team members had to leave because lunch time is over. Gosh…….. By the time I get pizza is 4:02 I lost 2 Hours for chasing the pizza. I’ll never ever buy it again and will not buy stock that relates to Pizza Hut group. Sorry but this is unacceptable. Time is very valuable to me.and that will never happen in my clocks again.

Ordered online, was supposed to be delivered at 11:45-11:55. Called because it was 12 already, was on hold for 25 minutes just to be told that my order wasn’t even made. Didn’t get my food until 12:50ish. Food was cold.

Good quality pizza here. Let's be honest, Pizza Hut is not the epitome of what pizza should be. But Pizza hut does not try to be the best, they know their lane. They are going to give you a quality pizza that you can count on. You know what to expect when you order a Pizza hut pan pizza. You are going to get good toppings with a crisp, buttery crust --- all for $11 (Large 3-topping). While you know what to expect when ordering from Pizza Hut, some Pizza Hut's do it better than others. This Pizza Hut on Park Street does it better than most. I have order from them 3 times, and each time the pizza has been of high quality. Not going to receive a bad quality pizza from here.
