- NSNick S5 days ago1.0If you enjoy terrible customer service, endless excuses, and pizza that doesn't arrive, this is the place for you! I SCHEDULED a pizza delivery, and when it failed to show up on time, I called multiple times. Each time, I was told it was “on the way.” After the third call and more than an hour of waiting, I was somehow still being told the pizza had been “on the way” for 40 minutes. When I finally spoke to the manager he was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in addressing the situation. When alerted to this fact, his solution was to cancel my order and tell me never to order from them again. Apparently, customer service here means keeping customers waiting, feeding them the same excuse repeatedly, and then getting offended when they’re understandably frustrated.
