  There is 1 single man working here on an extremely busy Saturday night. Being in the service industry I feel incredibly bad for this man. He is trying to help customers while making a screen full of orders. Either hire more staff or give this man a raise !!

  This was the worst pizza order. We got the wrong pizzas and the garlic knots were so garlicky we couldn’t even eat it. Tried calling and nobody answered just sat on hold…. Think twice about ordering from the Fitchburg store. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!! Very very unhappy!!!!

  I first want to point out, it was clear the two employees in the kitchen were working very hard. There were a lot of customers waiting and they seemed to be doing the best they could. I had ordered a pizza around 4pm for pickup at 6pm. I arrived about 5 min after that. I was told it would be done within 15 min but overall it took 35 minutes waiting. It was a bit frustrating as I had somewhere I needed to be and was late. The food itself was good, and it came out piping hot. It seemed like maybe they were short handed.
