  I’m probably going to stop leaving tips due to the amount of times I’ve been waiting up to 20 mins in the drive thru for a pickup order. Get a bell or buzzer please!!!

  No hustle in this kitchen. No personality either. Go to Mission BBQ instead, it’s two blocks away and service is night and day compared to this dump. P.s. Marking to go orders done when they’re not and parking every other drive thru order may fool management but not your customers. Sick of how often they pull this crap on us. P.p.s. Food is fine but overpriced.

  What is the point of placing an order ahead of time if they dont have it ready when the pick up is scheduled for. How hard is it to have 2 dozen bagels ready when they are scheduled to be picked up. Order from somewhere else, avoid this Panera

  The food, when it’s prepared correctly, is generally good. What I have an issue with is all the times items have been missing from our delivery orders. A whole sandwich was missing today, leaving me to scramble to replace that person’s lunch. At some point a credit for the price of the missing item on a future order isn’t enough to keep me ordering delivery from this location. I paid a higher menu price per item for delivery AND a convenience fee AND a delivery fee AND a decent tip, and the cost of replacing the entree elsewhere. The level of inaccuracy for delivery orders at this location is unacceptable.

  So went to this location and used the drive thru. Now typically we try to make sure we know what we want so today we ordered a potato soup now this item is not on the menu any longer but we did not know this so instead of telling us at the order place where we had repeated our order 3 times and we're never told that no we don't have potato soup do you want anything else we were given tomato soup and not told that they no longer had potato soup till we were at the window, so slightly grumpy as all of us are hungry and now one of us isn't getting the original choice which fine but a soup was $9 and instead of asking if we wanted a different soup that we may like it was a soup that none of us liked and instead of saying let's make this right and get a soup you want they offered a $2 bakery item like that makes up for it. Now typically I would not do this but there is a big difference between making something right and just plain not offering a fix that would be equal to the price which would be to switch the soup for one that the person would order instead of letting us believe everything was good till we got to the window and not offer a different solution that would mean there would be no problems but instead going on a choice to not say anything has pissed quite a few off. This has really dropped from the last time I had been there.
