  This is the absolute worst MCDonald experience I get ever. I got a McFlurry looks like pics 1, and their machine is clearly not functioning. They assistant at the store argued with me and say this is what it supposed to look like, and hinted that I never ate a McFlurry in my life. So I had to order a new one myself and the new one is obviously not melted and watery see pics2 ( still a lot worse than other MCDonald)

  I visited this place on 5/13/2026 around 12:15 AM with my friends and ordered fries and a drink through the mobile app. When they called my number, I showed up to the counter and one of the workers (who claimed to be a manager) was pointing his finger at my name on the receipt and said, "Hinghonghing? how do you say this? Hinghonghonghing?", which is very racist and unacceptable. Unfortunately, his coworkers were not against his actions; in fact, they were all laughing out loud. His name is "Dominic Yandel". I am very disappointed that an incident like this happened in Madison, a town full of international students. As I was requesting more information about his boss and other details to report to HQ, he ignored me and continued working as if nothing had happened. I would appreciate a written response regarding how this matter will be handled, as I believe this behavior was unacceptable and should not be ignored.

  This is my last time giving McDonalds a chance. Usually this location is very fresh and tasty, however today I had my worst experience at a restaurant. My first bite into my Double Quarter Pounder I found a hair. I've worked in the kitchen industry, shit happens. I plucked it and kept eating (don't judge, I work long hours and get hungry), however two more bites into the burger and I find a huge clump of hair, balled up like you would find in a shower. Since I used the Ronald McDonald house when my son was born, I like to donate to the cause. But today was my last day giving money to McDonalds in any way. I may still drop a donation from time to time in the Dropbox, but I will no longer under good conscience spend money with this company.

  I recently visited this McDonald's location and unfortunately, I observed some cleanliness issues during my visit. Specifically, I noticed roaches crawling around the restaurant, which was very concerning and made me feel uncomfortable. I believe maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is essential for customer safety and satisfaction. I hope the management takes prompt action to address these issues and improve the overall cleanliness and sanitation

  I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I noticed that some employees were not very friendly or welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional. I believe all customers, regardless of their background or appearance, deserve respectful treatment. I hope the management takes note and works on improving staff training and customer service to create a more positive environment for everyone.
